How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our booking page or by calling us on 020 7946 0321. We aim to confirm all bookings within 2 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
What should I expect on my first visit?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can welcome you and carry out a brief consultation. This allows your therapist or stylist to understand your needs and tailor the treatment to you.
How do gift vouchers work?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any treatment or spa package. They are presented in our signature AUREA gift packaging.
What products do you use?
We use only premium, cruelty-free products from trusted brands including Dermalogica for skincare, Oribe for haircare, and OPI for nails. All products are carefully selected for quality and ethics.
How do I get to AUREA? Is there parking nearby?
We are located in Marylebone, London. Bond Street station is a 5-minute walk and Baker Street station is a 7-minute walk. The nearest car park is the NCP on Portman Square, a short walk from the salon.
Can I have treatments during pregnancy?
Yes, we offer modified treatments that are safe and comfortable during pregnancy. Please let us know when booking so we can tailor your experience accordingly. We also offer a dedicated Pregnancy Massage.
Do you cater for group bookings?
Absolutely. We love hosting hen parties, birthdays, and special celebrations. We require a minimum of 4 guests for group bookings and can create bespoke packages to suit your occasion. Please call us to discuss.
